City lets WWII vet freeze to death

New details have emerged about the 93-year-old veteran who froze to death after his power was turned off due to unpaid bills. Apparently, he had been chronically late paying bills over two years. Ok, that's bad. But, every time he was delinquent, he was able to pay the $1,000 late bills.

That should have been a red flag.

Then, the man tried to pay his power bill at his BANK.

That should have been a second red flag

This man should not have been allowed to die such an agonizing death. Someone should have been sent to check on the man before the decision was made to let him die.
